Shipping and delivery

Where we deliver
Anywhere in Egypt. Delivery is charged per governorate and the exact fee is shown before you confirm your order, never added afterwards.
How long it takes
Two to five working days for stocked items. What the site shows as available is on our shelf in El Nozha, not on a supplier's promise, so a stocked item ships from here rather than being ordered in.
Anything needing installation is scheduled rather than shipped. We will call to arrange a survey and an installation date.
Free delivery
Orders above the threshold shown in your cart are delivered free. The threshold and the per-governorate fees are both visible before you confirm.
Collection
You can collect from 5 Dr Nagib Hashad, Al Matar, El Nozha, Cairo, Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 to 18:00. Bring your order code. Collected orders are paid on collection, so cash on delivery does not apply to them.
On the day
- The courier calls before arriving, so keep the mobile number on your order reachable.
- Check the box before the courier leaves. Report anything damaged in transit on the same day.
- For cash on delivery, have the exact amount ready, or pay the courier by card.
Tracking
Every order has a code beginning VT. Track it on the order tracking page with that code and the mobile number on the order. No account needed.
If something goes wrong
- Nobody was home: the courier will try again. Repeated failed attempts on a cash-on-delivery order may mean cash on delivery is not offered on that number in future.
- Wrong item: call us and we will collect it and send the right one at our cost.
- Damaged in transit: tell us the same day and we will replace it.
