Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by VIP TECH SOLUTIONS LLC, 5 Dr Nagib Hashad, Al Matar, El Nozha, Cairo Governorate 4470631, Egypt. Placing an order forms a contract with us.
Prices and currency
- All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
- The price you are shown at checkout is the price we charge. If a price changes while you are checking out, the order is refused rather than silently charged at the new amount, and you are shown the difference.
- Value Added Tax is shown separately on your order when it applies.
- Delivery is charged per governorate and is shown before you confirm.
Orders
- An order is a request until we confirm it. We may decline an order if an item is genuinely out of stock, if a price was clearly wrong, or if we cannot verify the contact details.
- Stock shown on the site is real stock on our shelf in El Nozha. If two customers order the last unit at the same moment, the second order is refused at checkout rather than accepted and cancelled later.
- Cash on delivery may be declined on a number with several unfulfilled orders, or where previous deliveries were refused. We will say so and offer another payment method.
- Cash on delivery may also be unavailable above a certain order value.
Payment
- Cash or card on delivery: paid to the courier on arrival.
- InstaPay: your order is held while we confirm the transfer. Use your order code as the transfer reference. If no transfer arrives within 48 hours the order is cancelled and the stock released, so it is not held against a sale that will not happen.
- Card or wallet: handled by Paymob. We never see or store your card details.
Installation
Some equipment is marked as needing installation. Head-end equipment such as a recorder needs cabling, a power budget and a site survey to work at all. Buying it alone is allowed, but we will say plainly that it is not a complete system, and we are not responsible for a system that does not work because it was specified without us.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Changing your password signs out every other device.
- Reviews may only be written by customers who have received the product, and are read by us before they appear.
- We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse or repeated refused deliveries.
Warranty
See Warranty and returns. Warranty periods are shown on each product and printed on the installation label where we have installed the equipment.
Our liability
We are responsible for supplying equipment that matches its description and, where we installed it, for installing it competently. We are not responsible for loss caused by equipment being used outside its specification, modified by someone else, or installed by someone else against our advice. Nothing here limits any right you have under Egyptian consumer law.
Governing law
Egyptian law applies, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction.
